We are looking for an Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of related EA experience in a corporate setting working for a C level executive. This will be a Monday through Friday onsite position. This is not a hybrid position. Hours are 9am to 5pm.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing Executive Admin support to 3 C level Execs
  • Answering emails and creating correspondence
  • Maintaining calendar and scheduling meetings and events
  • Preparing reports
  • Maintaining files and records
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, handling facilities issues with building
  • Preparing agendas for meetings and keeping meeting minutes (dictation or fast long hand is a bonus)
  • Corresponding with other departments to prepare weekly email for the organization
  • Handling highly confidential information
  • Setting up conference calls, making travel arrangements
  • Great attention to detail and follow up skills
  • Someone who can work well independently is a plus

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree
  • 5+ years related experience
  • MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. PowerPoint is a plus
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Problem solving
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
